Be sure to check the protective lens of the optical cable and replace the protective lens regularly to prevent the optical cable from burning due to a bad protective lens, thus losing a lot of money for a small reason.


Replacement notes:


1, if there is no microscope, you need to use a strong torch to view the dirty lens.


2, if there is a microscope, use a magnification of 20 times to view the lens dirty.


3, the cable's protective lens wipe and replace the environment better in a clean room.


4, the optical cable black protective cover after pulling out, to open face up on the desktop.


5, the red protective cap on the protective lens of the optical cable should be pulled out gently while rotating clockwise outward slowly. (Reason: If you pull out quickly, because the protective cap inside and outside the formation of the pressure difference, the protective cap is a negative pressure inside, resulting in dust and dirt stained in the protective lens.)


Fibre optic cable high temperature alarm fault maintenance


Users in the process of using the laser will occasionally encounter output optical cable high temperature alarm, today to tell you how to troubleshoot the output optical cable high temperature alarm fault.


Laser alarm shows that the output optical cable temperature is high abnormal, we can detect the following steps:


1, check whether the optical cable waterway is blocked, whether the flow rate meets the requirements.


2, 2 minutes after the power failure to restart the laser does not cut to see if the laser is again reported output optical cable high temperature alarm.


3, through the monitoring software to view the current output cable temperature, to see whether the normal temperature (basically similar to the high temperature of the chiller), if the temperature display is too high, please contact Rui Ke after-sales service engineers to deal with.


4, when restarting the laser does not alarm, the cable temperature display is normal, cutting for a while to report the output cable temperature is high, with white paper on the cutting head below, observe the red light whether there is a black spot: a) if there is no black spot, check the lens whether there is water mist, oil or plating is damaged (when the lens has oil or water mist need to check the gas circuit gas is clean, if contaminated, please contact the equipment manufacturer), after checking correctly then (b) if there is a black spot, remove the lower protective lens inspection, determine the black spot is caused by the lower protective lens has a burnt spot or cutting head inside the cutting head, cutting head inside the cutting head to contact the equipment manufacturer to test the cutting head, the lower protective lens on the black spot, replace the lower protective lens with a new one.


Note: Do not use low-quality protective lenses, the coating on the lens can transmit a specific wavelength (1080nm) of light, low-quality protective lenses can not be distinguished by the naked eye whether the coating is off, broken, it is recommended to use the manufacturer's protective lenses.
