Monochrome Technology specially organised a

"Monochrome Technology, Extreme Intelligence, Hand in Hand, Achieve the Future"

Theme group building activities.

Early in the morning, the monochrome partners took the exclusive bus from the Shenzhen headquarters, and came to the foot of Yangtai Mountain in great numbers, and started the morning's challenge---climbing Yangtai Mountain. In the process of climbing, we support each other, not only overcome their own difficulties, but also deepen the tacit understanding between the team. In the process of climbing the mountain, the sound of laughter and assistance was endless, making the whole climbing process full of vigour and team cohesion.

When we reached the top of the mountain, everyone had a smile on their face, looking at the scenery below the mountain from afar, releasing a lot of pressure from the usual work. At the same time, the toughness of the climbing process also made everyone understand the importance of teamwork.

Under the afternoon sunshine, we arrived at the Paddy Farm, which has a pleasant environment with lush greenery and fresh air. Here, we not only enjoyed a sumptuous farmhouse round meal, but also had a series of leisure activities in the farm, such as vegetable picking, Karaoke, board games, table tennis, shooting baskets and other activities. These leisure activities not only increased the fun of the group building, but also increased the interaction of team members. Everyone let go of the pressure of work in the activities and became a close whole.

This corporate group building activity combined challenge and leisure, which not only exercised the physical quality of monochromatic people, but also improved the team cohesion. We challenged ourselves in the climbing of Yangtai Mountain; we felt the warmth of the team in the round meal and leisure activities in the farm. This group building activity inspired the small partners to unite and cooperate, dare to fight for the spirit, but also enhanced the team's sense of responsibility and sense of belonging, fully demonstrated the style of monochrome people.
